1. Eligibility for Returns
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unopened, in original condition, and with all original packaging and tags.
Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or not in resaleable condition will not be accepted.
Certain items such as personal care products, undergarments, and customized/personalized items are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 7–10 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or bank transfer.
3. Exchanges
We allow exchanges for eligible items (size, color, or model) within 7 days, subject to availability.
Exchanges will not be accepted for products that are used, damaged, or missing original packaging.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
Items that are damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or negligence by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for secure and verified returns.
